Really good service nothing bad to say
Horrible experience. Don’t sign anything. They used our initial inspection signature as our ok to proceed with PDR repair. We told them we would call them back after we discussed the estimate. They started the repairs before we called. They took the insurance money away from us, so they could collect the money for their shop. They knew exactly what they were doing by starting the repairs immediately. Once the repairs were started our choice of how we wanted to use the insurance money was gone and they knew that.
