Frustrating experience with inflated pricing and poor communication I contacted this shop to get a car (23 years old, running great) painted for my high school driver before school started. Initially, they were responsive over email and provided a quote in the $5,000 range. Good people. I came in a couple months back. My window was stuck down before a storm coming in. I asked about fixing it and at 1st they said they were busy but one of the employees heard me in the backround and took the liberty to grab my car and fit it in and diagnose it. Not only did they do that but also no upsell and actually directed me towards a self fix if needed rather than the typical upsell. Good vibes will reach out for any help needed moving forward.

Caliber in Arnold MO handled the repairs to my car. I cannot say enough about how amazing my experience was. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I was kept up to date with each phase of the repairs. Anthony was terrific to work with! He got my car back to me in the timeframe he first stated. They go above and beyond including cleaning and making your car smell good.
