Caliber was super helpful in navigating the repair process for me and the additional communication was amazing to see now a days! Couldn't be happier. Jeremiah, Jose and Joe did amazing being the 3 J's to the great job on my repairs! unreal paint job and can hardly tell anything was done. Good as New!
The staff at Caliber in Cohoes were very friendly and helpful from the beginning. I also appreciated the text message with status tracker along the way. They ended up finishing 2 days early, which saved me money on the rental car. Our vehicle was repaired perfectly and everything looked new again. The most amazing part is they cleaned our vehicle inside and out! I was not expecting them to vacuum the car, so that was going above and beyond. I will recommend Caliber and the Cohoes location to others. Thank you very much.
