Place has really gone downhill.
Garbage place with garbage people. Edit: I’m reading a lot of bad reviews for this place. As a consumer advocate, if you’re having issues with the repairs they’ve done, file in Albany County Small Claims Court. That’ll get their attention and fix the issues these incompetent people failed to address during your repair. Works (nearly) every time.
Fantastic service. Got my car repaired quicker than expected. Excellent communication throughout the process, Keeping me updated on a daily basis. Friendly people in the office and made the entire experience easy on me as a customer. I hope I don't have to go in again anytime soon, but if I'm ever looking for a body shop I'll be back here.
