Pedro at the Hwy 6 location in Houston was awesome… kept me in the loop the entire time the whole time that car was in the shop. Even finished a week earlier than expected.
I brought in my GMC Yukon for repairs on my bumper. I was working with Pedro, who was absolutely wonderful! He walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. He was very honest and told me that they would try to repair my bumper first but turned out there was some damage behind it. I was worried about the delay in parts but he diligently looked and called around to make sure that everything would have all the repairs completed as he has told me.
