I would have given this experience a five, but when I went to pick up my vehicle was a different story. My vehicle was dirty and they cleaned again and it was still dirty. I asked the agent to clean off the bird poop that was on hood because the car was left outside. The agent said he didn't have anything to do with that happening. We argued and he finally got some stuff to clean the car. Still had was dirty on the front and inside the car was dusty because doors were off for a month.
