While my friend was deployed, I accidentally backed into his truck. My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision, and trusting that recommendation turned out to be a serious mistake. From the day the truck was dropped off until the final pickup, the entire experience was a nightmare. The shop represented that the damaged panels would be repaired by pulling the dents.
