My daughter handled this claim as she lives in the Charlottesville area. The claim took almost 1 year to complete (opened in Nov 2024). It took you that long to find the "correct" replacement passenger side rear view mirror for our 2017 BMW X3. You did provide a "surrogate" replacement mirror in the interim which is why I gave you 4 Stars for working this claim. I understand that you don't control the supply chain, but there is no way this action should have taken 10+ months to complete.
