The Caliber Collision on Northside Drive, north of Charlottesville does a fantastic job, Michael Anderson is a consummate professional. The Caliber Collision on Seminole Trail I would definitely *not* recommend. The woman who answers the phone there is very nice and professional, and she’s alone.
I got my car repaired after an accident and it being my first accident, I was so confused on the whole process of repairs and insurance. The front desk ladies were very helpful and kind. Repairs were done in a timely manner and I was updated throughout the whole process. They made the whole ordeal very smooth and easy!
Repairs took three weeks, when quoted two. Very few updates were shared during the process as to why it took longer. Also, we will have to take the vehicle back as one item was not fixed and one of the fixed items was not installed correctly. The staff at the shop is nice, but I would not recommend taking your car here for service.
