My car had a close encounter with a deer. I booked an appointment through their central scheduling number and made plans to drop off the car before I caught a flight out of town. I get to Caliber and they had no record of the appointment. The woman at the front desk was super accomodating and said "we'll just make it work, it's not your fault."
