Service is excellent as far as actual work on vehicle. Reception is too harsh and not so understanding or sympathetic.

My daughter handled this claim as she lives in the Charlottesville area. The claim took almost 1 year to complete (opened in Nov 2024). It took you that long to find the "correct" replacement passenger side rear view mirror for our 2017 BMW X3. You did provide a "surrogate" replacement mirror in the interim which is why I gave you 4 Stars for working this claim. I understand that you don't control the supply chain, but there is no way this action should have taken 10+ months to complete.
Great communication. Final product of big job looks perfect! They did an amazing job!
