The people who work for Caliber have great customer service communication. Kameron and the other service writers were awesome. That being said, the OSV providers they use are horrible. First was waiting for tires. That took a week for an alignment shop to get them After that I had 2 wheels sent off for repair. The OSV couldn’t deliver them the first or second time without messing them up. After that, more damage was only then identified for repair.
