I could not have been happier with the service provided by Mickey, Rolando, Hannah, and all the people I did not meet who worked on our Toyota Avalon. They kept me apprised of the process constantly and actually completed the car a day ahead of their promised date. In this world of slow auto body parts availability, that was amazing in and of itself. The car being detailed before pickup was just over the top customer service. I hope not to ever need these services again but if I do, this is where I where I come!
They are very friendly, very helpful. And do a great job, very professional
They have done an amazing job several times repairing our cars after accidents. Most recently, I pulled in as several fasteners fell out of the front of my car when I scraped a curb, so part of my car was dragging on the road, making a loud sound. I pulled in, the manager looked at it immediately and replaced the fasteners FOR FREE! I was so thankful! Fantastic customer service!
My truck looks great and it was actually completed early. They saved me a bunch of money on my rental vehicle. Awesome job!!!
