Caliber Magnolia (9605 FM 1488) was recommended by my insurance company and my dealer. Not any Caliber but Caliber Magnolia. And now I know why. My 2025 luxury vehicle was returned looking like new! Edwin was my service advisor and he was in frequent communication throughout the repair process. Thank you for the great work and I highly recommend Caliber Magnolia!
This is the worst body shop. They took 2 months to fix MINOR body damage on a Kia Telluride. My rental car limit was maxed out and nobody would give me any information or updates. When I was finally called and told that it was complete I was informed that there was a piece of for trim that was missing and they were waiting on it to arrive. 3 weeks later, my husband had to call them to see if it arrived, it "was arriving that afternoon".
