Panel gaps, panel gaps, panel gaps. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I had my car there for a simple repair to front bumper components. It took less than a week for the parts to get in, but my car was somehow in the shop for about 6 weeks. Disappointed in Quality Control and Communication I initially brought my vehicle here for accident-related body repairs and gave the shop the first opportunity to inspect and resolve a check engine light that appeared immediately after picking up my car. They diagnosed it as an oil pressure control solenoid issue but were unable to fully resolve it. I was told to take it to a mechanic to see if the issue was related to the accident. Insurance sent us here for a repair and we dodged a bullet by finding another shop - Extreme Twist - to actually get the work done. Every time my husband or I spoke to someone about an estimate for timing we got a different response. And reading other reviews, we’re able to see exactly what our experience would have been if we didn’t trust our gut and go elsewhere. I feel badly for the people who have had terrible experiences because insurance directed them here.
I recommend this place 💯 Clara Soto helped me with everything she was super professional get me updated everyday with my car and today that I picked up wow super happy my car looks
