I went through the Caliber Collision website to get an estimate for some minor body work on my truck. Several days went by and nobody contacted me...even though I did receive an email saying that I would be contacted. I sent another message through their website to the Macedon location to see if I could drop by if it would make things easier, and still no reply two days after.
Caliber Collision in Macedon, NY is a great place for car repairs. Jeff made sure my repairs were thorough via his exceptional job of estimating damage from hitting a deer. It’s easy to see Jeff and Caliber Collision’s goal of customer satisfaction and doing the repairs correctly the first time is the main goal. The constant updates by Jeff were above and beyond anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend Caliber in Macedon, Ny to everyone.
This shop really has it going on! When other companies told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before I could get my car back, caliper came through and had it done in three weeks – even before. The car was lovely and cleaned. I highly highly recommend this company..
