The lady I talked to was nice. The proof is in the pudding in the end we'll see how good they are.
I got into a vehicle accident a few months ago and I went through USAA to get my vehicle fixed here. I picked up my vehicle and it had some paint runs dried on it which is not good because I was supposed to get my protective film on 30 days later. I called Caliber and they told me to stop by anytime. I took them on their word and when I got there they said they were too busy to fix the paint. I have still not got a call to get this issue fixed.
