Great team with consistent communications and fantastic customer service. Their attention to detail was visible in the final product as the repair work was exceptional
Worst repair shop I've ever been to. They were supposed to repair my car, first try the car was vibrating awfully so I had to take it back for another repair, they said they replaced a bearing on the wheel and when I took the car to the dealership they told me that was never done. These people couldn't even return my rental car in time and I had to pay 900 dollars because of this. Don't waste your time on this repair shop.
Everyone at Caliber Collision was wonderful! I was continuously kept updated on the status of my car and their workmanship is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs.
