All in all they did a pretty crappy job. Sure the outside looks good but read on to find out. The lady I talked to was nice. The proof is in the pudding in the end we'll see how good they are. Now that everything's finished they would not replace the decorative lights I had on my grill that wasn't stock Factory. My representative was great! But they lost a painter and a detailer while my car was in the shop which caused my car to be in the shop for a month. I also dropped my vehicle off with brand new tires. At some point while my car was in their possession it ended up with a flat. But they did take car of patching the tire for me, no charge.
Our vehicle looks great after the hood repair.
