Stopped in for an estimate and Patrick helped me and I told him I would pay out of pocket. He gave me an estimate for 3,200 to fix and paint bumper and rear fenders. When outside explaining to me the procedure he offered to do it for half in cash but his worker would fix and paint over weekend. I had to for sure pick up by Sunday night. I said I would think about it. I personally own a business and would want to know if my own employees were doing something like this. I had the car fixed at a different shop.
Walked in worried, went through the process—I did my part and they did theirs. The communication was clear, the service was great, and the people were amazing. As a busy guy with multiple jobs, I was surprised at how smoothly the overall process went, both time- and effort-wise. Huge respect and thank you to the Caliber Collision team at the Crest Hill and Shorewood locations.

They were great during the claim process, especially after Progressive, the other party's insurer, backed out after my car was already cut into. However, after picking it up, noticed my steering wheel had peeled. They didn't seem to care, and said it was not their fault, but that my car was known for that. Even though it wasn't like that when i dropped it off. Disappointed
