Very friendly and wonderful to work with. I couldn't believe how clean my car came back, inside and outside! They noticed some paint issues and redid the paint so that it was perfect before letting me have my car back! I appreciate their dedication to doing the job right! Definitely recommend them! Such a great place to get your car repaired!

THIS IS AN ALL-STAR GROUP! I was in an accident and they worked as fast as they could to get my car in and get me taken care of. Even though this was being handled through insurance, they made me feel like such a priority as a customer. Truly a full "white-glove" service experience. I usually don’t write a lot of reviews about a company but Caliber Collision in Bentonville blew us away with their AMAZING care! I have never been in a wreck with my own vehicle before so I truly had no idea what to even do. Between my amazing insurance company and Caliber Collision they handled EVERYTHING for me and I didn’t have to do anything.
