Swift repair, professional staff, car looks great
Recommend this shop for any body work you need!! We went to a different body shop when my husband wrecked his car and after taking the car in for the 3rd time and it wasn’t fixed we came to Caliber it has been a smooth process from start to finish. We were kept up to date every Tuesday and Thursday on the progress of our vehicle! Bret was awesome!!! His car looks sooo much better!! Looks like it did prior to him hitting the deer!!
They are AMAZING!!! Kept me very informed on the car and the process of things. They cleaned up the car so nice before returning it to us. They are very honest and upfront! Great people!!
Called caliber back to schedule an appt. In the middle of speaking with a lady and picking a date she tells me I need to get my rental car first before dropping my car off. And I said I will get that taken care of as I don’t plan on scheduling this for about a month. So I had then asked how long it takes for parts to come in. She tells me she would be right back to ask. I'd like to give a shout out to Brian Meyers. His customer service is the stuff of legends. Never in my life have I been treated with such honesty and Integrity! The entire process was amazing! And at the end of it all, he stared me straight in the eyes and gave me the perfect high five. It was spectacular!
