Quality was good. Communication is horrible and timely repairs was an issue. Communication could’ve changed everything. I received 1 text message in 35 days, no calls. 4 completion date changes which I then had to pay out of pocket on rental for an accident that wasn’t my fault. I had to call them for updates as the promise date would go by and nothing.
Caliber Thunderbolt did the repair job on our Honda and we couldn't be happier. From first step to completion. They were professional, empathetic and efficient. Would highly recommend.
