Caitlin handled my phone inquiries and did the estimate. She was very friendly, thorough and professional. Highly recommended!!
From the front office to the actual repair they did great. Great work. Was not sure who to take my car to and I am very pleased. Also I feel like everyone should except about two weeks even if it is a minor job. Worry about the work not how long it takes for a collision center to get your car back to you.
Quality was good. Communication is horrible and timely repairs was an issue. Communication could’ve changed everything. I received 1 text message in 35 days, no calls. 4 completion date changes which I then had to pay out of pocket on rental for an accident that wasn’t my fault. I had to call them for updates as the promise date would go by and nothing.
