Great experience! It took a bit longer then expected but they communicated every step of the way and why there was delays.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision. As a college student, I rely heavily on my car to manage my responsibilities, and this process has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. My vehicle has been in their shop since March 2nd for what was supposed to be a simple cosmetic repair—a bumper and a headlight.
