If you bring your car here, you will leave with low quality parts applied that you didn't agree to, if they even put it all back together. There can hardly be a worse repair shop. This is the equivalent of getting a mcburger without any meat in it.

First time going to caliber to get some hail damage fixed. They did a great job. Staff were very friendly and helpful and if they say they’re going to call you, they actually do. Kept me updated through the entire process and I would highly recommend them. I will be going back for any future car fixes that I need.

I was never updated on the additional damage uncovered during the repairs and was instead blind sided by the additional 900$ owed when I went to pick up the car. If they had just called and properly communicated throughout the repair process I wouldn't have been as upset. I was also told the regional manager would call me after ... read more
