They did not have to but they did an assessment of my car I just brought a few moths ago . They did great in giving me some advising on what to do about damage that was not disclosed in my auto deals with a dealership . Quality work, personale want out of their way to ensure needs were met including assistance with obtaining rental through ins etc..
This is the worst place for body repairs. Collision repair is an appearance repair. Shitty work will show up. Paint on my car was quite a few shades off. Im surprised they tried to ship my car. Come on guys. If you can't even see a mismatch in color, you shouldn't be doing body work. My hood was sticking up about a half inch. I thought they didn't close it only. No, it was already close.
