I’m happy with the quality of the repair work Caliber Collision did on my truck. they did an excellent job and the vehicle looks great. Unfortunately, the communication and customer service experience was very disappointing. My truck was completed and ready for pickup on 6/10/26, but I was not contacted until 6/17/26. I was later told that they had been calling the wrong phone number the entire time.
