Staff was helpful and answered my questions before and after service was performed. Hail damage was fixed and exceeded my expectations - car looks brand new. I 10/10 recommend Caliber in Laramie.
I had a meeting with Jesse Hackiewicz today regarding repainting my 2005 Expedition, which has paint damage due to a factory defect. I have to praise Jesse and Caliber Collision. Jesse not only told me that it wouldn't be ethical to paint the car because the problem would recur and not be eligible to be covered by warranty, but he also took time out of his day to give me advice and tips as to how to mitigate the current damage of the car and how to slow down further degeneration.
