Where to start... I am beyond grateful to the Caliber Collision staff, especially Traci and Amber. After my son's accident, my truck was in their shop for about five weeks. It was done after 4 weeks, but there was additional work that they had to do after the insurance adjuster made a mistake, so it was done in 5 weeks. The staff at Caliber Collision was wonderful to work with. They answered the phones timely and were always able to answer my questions and offer additional support. While we ended up not needing their services, they were gracious enough to give me enough time to process my individual situation and get a plan in place to get my vehicle from their location. I appreciate the additional time and support they gave me. Would recommend working with them if you ever have a need in the future!
