Brad and his team of professionals brought our Mustang back in lightning fast fashion. Their communication, attention to detail and speed is something that you cannot repay. We are beyond impressed with the entire repair process from start to finish. They took a stressful situation and turned it into a wonderful experience from start to finish. Caliber does a great job of repairing vehicles and working with the customer through the process.
The repair job was great.. what wasn't was the communication not keeping me updated on what was going on gave me 3 different dates on when my car would be ready when I got it back they asked me to come back so they could clean it which was poorly done.. Will not be going back to them
