I accidentally drove to the wrong collision center, this one, and walked in before they were even open. The natural born leader behind the desk came right out, helped me out and had printed off the address and hours of the correct center (a competitor!) before I even knew what I was doing. Even offered me coffee. He didn’t have to do any of that, or even let me in. Real professionals, 10/10
I have had some difficulty with this shop, I expressed my concerns and Larry the manager got back to me. He was professional and explained why my car was not ready in time. This seems to not be anyone's fault but rather a last minuet part, to ensure the job was done correctly. Fingers crossed I get my car back this week and I will update my review with the quality of work completed.
