I was sent to Caliber through my insurance & while the vehicle was a total loss, the front end team took great care of me. They were kind, attentive, & answered my questions thoroughly with care & intention. I hope to never need them again, but in the unfortunate event that I do need repairs to my new vehicle, Caliber will get my business!
Everyone here was incredibly nice and wonderful to work with. I really appreciate how helpful Lynn was. She constantly went above and beyond with trying to find solutions for me when I found out that my insurance didn't cover a rental car. And the communication!!! Y'all.
