While in Branson, I was involved in a car accident. Caliber Collison of Branson repaired my car and did a fantastic job. They kept me informed on what was going on. They answered any questions I had. Being out of state and using a rent-a-car, everything was done over the phone. When it came time to pick the car up, Donna and Mike were so pleasant to talk to in person. The quality of the repair was great, however, they took more than double the time to fix the vehicle as promised, and moved back our completion date 3 times. This wouldn't have been a huge issue except they also never reached out to us regarding that, and we had to contact them every time to get any sort of update.
