This week has been a Nightmare for me and my car,I had to get another estimate for the front of my car.So I walked in to Caliber Collision and dealt with ALEX!!!! He was Professional, Knowledgeable, and just gave GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! So if there body work is like there CUSTOMER SERVICE..ILL BE BACK!!! GREAT JOB ALEX!! 5 STARSSSSS!!!!! UPDATE!!! Amazing experience customer service was great got done with the car before the expected day
I would recommend this place to ANYONE. They did such a good job, got my car done quicker than what was estimated, and they literally sent me updates every other day to keep me in the loop on when my car would be ready, then called when it was ready. I got a low tire notification on my ford app while my car was still in the shop (around 9 am,), saying that my tire pressure was low. (21 where all the others were in the mid 30,s).
