I had a minor fender bender that caused minimal damage to my rear tailgate. It worked, but made a distinct clicking noise when opening and closing. I wanted to save filing a claim with insurance, so I asked them to see what they could do. They found the problem and fixed it with minimal cost. No more clicking sound! The tailgate works perfectly.
