I’ve been to Caliber Collision before, but never this location. This location is the worst auto shop I’ve ever dealt with. They had my car for 12 weeks, constantly feeding me excuses and broken promises. Every deadline they gave me was meaningless; they blamed wrong parts, endless delays, an 8 day detailing process, and a last minute air bag light issue that somehow took days to check (and that also wasn’t there when I first dropped off my car).
