Not quite sure what the point of this location is since they apparently aren't even equipped properly to do an inspection. Brought our vehicle in after someone ran into it in a parking lot, their insurance required us to bring it to this location. Then they tell us they can't do the repair here and tow our car to Tyler for the repairs. We get it back and within an hour we notice its making a loud & alarming sound it was not making before, so we bring it back in as soon as we're able. Meh. Mid service. They didnt even bother to test drive my car to turn the dash warning lights off. Paint imperfections like they have dirt in their booth.
My truck was repaired to the way it was before the accident. The staff was very informative throughout the process. Thank you for a job well done.

The front part of the hood came completely apart when a Caliber Collision staff member and I tried to close it properly. Currently, the hood is still shaking while driving. It is clear that the hood was not properly reassembled during its last repair at your shop. A tall guy told me in person 3 weeks ago "dont worry i will order the clips to place the grill properly" ... I am still waiting for his call.
