I did have a good experience with customer service, my rental, and communications with the shop. I was rear ended last year and there was damage to my trunk and back bumper on my small SUV. They unfortunately did not paint the entirety of the repair, so there is exposed metal when the trunk is opened. The repair otherwise looks good, but it was disappointing to see that this was rushed.
They are the best, I recommend them and the treatment is incredible, thank you A+++
