completely satisfied: Josh was who was my point of contact, and he was very professional and polite and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. my truck was done in less than 2 weeks, I was very surprised about that considering the damage and Josh went threw with me what was done with the repair. I was completely and totally satisfied with my truck upon completion oh and the repair comes with a life time warranty
Do. Not. Use. This. Business. Particularly if you have Progressive Insurance. In six months they could not install a bumper that fit my 2018 Nissan Rogue. Finally they ordered the correct bumper. But then insurance + brand new service manager + brand new store manager declared my car had incurred recent damage and revoked my warranty. This was a lie. They dragged out this simple repair for 6 months. Very unethical. Very shoddy work.
The friendly staff at Caliber Collision went above and beyond to make the process of getting my car repaired easy and convenient for me. They handled getting all the information needed from my insurance company and getting me set up with a rental. They took care of getting rental picked up so I could be on my way after repairs were completed. My car looks great! I’m so happy with the results. I highly recommend using Caliber Collision for your car repair needs.
