Caliber collision had our vehicle sitting for months before even assessing the damage!! It took them forever to finally have it assessed and total the vehicle out. As a result we lost our rental coverage from our insurance as it only covered 50 days. We reached out multiple times for updates and each time were told they’d get to it by that Friday and every Friday came with nothing. Would NOT recommend this place. Suv wasn't running correctly after released and had to come back because of the paint and wrong parts installed.
The Roswell NM location kept my truck for 3 months and it was never done right.
