Great service excellent repair
My grandsons girlfriend backed her dad's truck in to my limited edition Lincoln. Caliber Collision did a fantastic job on the repairs. I was deeply satisfied with both the work and the people who did the work. Amy was a great help in keeping me informed and the guys did a great job on the repairs. You can't even tell it was damaged.
Caliber collision in Matoon is garbage service, and will not warranty some of the repair work they claim to do. Corporate run business that does not care about customers. The manager himself came to tell me how my approved repair was suddenly unapproved and they would not warranty it. HOURS of time wasted here for nothing. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!
