OMG! I cannot praise them enough. I hurt my Challenger and was so scared to leave it and Tim put me at ease. He was on top of it. Called me the next afternoon with update. The next call was to tell me she was ready! 2 weeks earlier than estimated. Took them 6 days to do 3 week job. And the she is perfect. Like brand new. Fully detailed inside and out. I wish they did more than body work because I'd move there for everything if I could.
Service people are very nice. Quality of the repair is horrendous. Looks terrible, I have now taken my car back 4-5 times since the repair, because of issues that were caused from them.
Hands down, the BEST customer service I've ever received. Tim, the service advisor, made sure to keep me updated at least 3-4 times a week about the repairs. Connie at the front desk was always outstanding and super helpful. I highly recommend!!!!

Why would you choose any other shop? I prefer the best and that’s what Caliber is. If you care about your car take it to Caliber.
