I had a great experience. The customer service and communication were excellent from start to finish they kept me updated the whole time and were very honest about what my vehicle needed. The work they did was outstanding. My car actually drives better now than it did before the repair. I truly appreciate the quality and professionalism. Highly recommend this shop!
My experience with Caliber Collision was amazing. They got me in for an estimate right away and were open, honest and transparent. I was having a problem with a part being jammed due to being hit in a parking lot. It hadn't looked like I had damage until significantly after the fact so I would have been paying out of pocket for any repairs needed.
