They worked with my insurance company all I had to do was drop ioff the car and they called and had the rental company pick me up.. My repairs was done on time . When I picked up my car I was able to leave rental there everything was covered by insurance company so I had no out off pocket expense. I would highly recommend use them.
Everyone in the office was extremely caring, explained everything to me in detail and went above and beyond to service my needs. Making a stressful situation a lot better. Anyone involved in an accident I would refer them to Caliber Collision, thank you guys so much.
Great body shop, great customer service. 100% please with the repair and 100% happy with the paint job of my vehicle. Ana was great providing me daily updates and prompt calls if needed to keep my time frame as scheduled.
