The office manager, Patty, communicated with my insurance company and kept me informed of progress on my truck. The shop was able to replace the door with a new door rather than a used one which was surprising since my truck is 20 years old. I was treated with kindness throughout the process. They did a wonderful job and I recommend this shop to anyone needing body work.

The Sebastopol Road Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations! I took my car in to get fixed and I got my car back in less time that anticipated. The front desk manager, Patty was amazing and reassured me that everything would be done and I would get a phone call from Sam. When i did, i knew my car was in great hands.
