I would definitely recommend Caliber. TJ and Jennifer did a great job with communicating and making sure we were taken care of. They made the entire process so much easier. We received our vehicle before the date that was scheduled to be ready. Very happy with the work performed.
I took my car here to get an estimate for an insurance job. They somehow messed that up. I had to go back and get another estimate. The second time the guy that did the estimate also includes damage that I didn't take in for estimation and sends it to my insurance company. Now i'm arguing with the insurance company because of one guys initiative to give more information than needed. Lost a customer and lost money doing it. Dumb
They are amazing! When my son had a recent accident, everyone was kind, understanding and went above and beyond to make him feel supported. They called and checked in. They checked on insurance. They even called when they noticed something left in the car. I am overwhelmed and very grateful for everyone there. Outstanding business and customer service.
