Rodney was great to work with. I had to bring my car in because it was hit by someone in the parking lot. I just got it out the shop from getting rear ended about 2 weeks prior. When it got to Caliber, they found that the previous shop that did the work used the incorrect seam sealer and didn't complete some welding work. Caliber was able to work with the insurance company from the rear ending claim and get the it all covered. I got frequent update to where the car was in the repair process.
