I wanted to share my great experience with Caliber Collision in Cathedral City, California. I brought in my older 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid for repairs of my spoiler, bumper and alloy wheels. My vehicle is very precious to me, as I'm retired, and it has very low mileage and is dependable. Having a well maintained and attractive looking car is important to me. What a find! We were so upset after being rear-ended and having our car damaged. But Cathy, the manager, took care of us like family! She was not rushed, kind, helpful and executed everything perfectly for us. It was a breeze. She told us of all of our options and now we are even getting our car delivered to our house when it's done. We really needed this location in the Palm Springs/Cathedral City area and I am grateful. If you need car repairs - this is your go to!
