We took our son’s car to Caliber after he was involved in an accident. Other than the cosmetic damage the car was great. We picked it up and the check engine light is on which it wasn’t before taking it to the shop but they have it listed as preexisting and are refusing to even entertain the idea this could have been caused by the crash and instead told us it looks like this vehicle has a history of the check engine light being on, that’s why we had it checked and had the issue fixed and the light was no longer on!
