I had the best experience today at Caliber Collision, Shoulders Hill Rd. 2026 Ford Super Duty with a door latch issue that two different Ford dealerships couldn’t resolve. Jenny(Manager), overhead my concern and asked if she could help. Jenny invited her technician,(Steve) into the discussion. Without prompting, he said I’ll be right back. So the parking lot turned into a repair bay, and in just a few moments the door was fixed. Wouldn’t accept payment, said have a good weekend. Thanks Jenny, Thanks Steve.
This location was great to work with. My advisor, Jacquie, made the whole process easy & stress free.
