Doug was great! He gave us a detailed description of what needed to be done to fix my tailgate and back up camera and any other possibilities that may occur. The car was ready 8 days before it was scheduled! I highly recommend Caliber Collision.
I would never take my car back to this place if something happens. When they “repaired” the damage on my car they missed a few things. I told them about it and was supposed to get it checked out but the dude never called me on the day we agreed on. I even tried to reschedule and he never text me back or called. I wouldn’t recommend sending your car here.
The work was impeccable and done in a timely friendly manner. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs collision repair!
