If you want a repair done poorly, bring your vehicle here. I’ve had multiple issues with this location since picking up my car. The first issue was the new bumper installation. The bumper had a noticeable gap, and when I brought it back, I was told it was “normal” because the bumper was “settling.” On top of that, the taillight attached to the bumper wasn’t even properly connected and was hanging loose. Excellent service in all aspects...communication, quality of workmanship & professionalism of the employees!
These folks did a great job with my vehicle. After a pretty major collision to the rear of my new Nissan Rogue the insurance company sent me to Caliber. Doug and the rest of the folks there kept me informed every step of the way. Some of the repair required coordinating with Nissan to calibrate the sensors. There was a problem on the Nissan side of things. But Caliber worked with them to resolve the Issue and get me back on the road with my vehicle running like new. Highly recommend.
