Doug was very professional. He kept me updated on the progress of my car. The office was so friendly and so was the woman at the front desk! My car was ready on time and it looked beautiful. And they also have free popcorn LOL
I can’t say enough good things about this business. I have had a few services here and every time, They were professional, honest, and incredibly kind. They serviced my car today and, to my surprise, didn’t even charge me! That level of integrity and customer care is rare these days. I truly appreciate the outstanding service Douglas did, and will definitely be back. I highly recommend them 100%!!
I am very satisfied with my experience. When I dropped my car off they explained the repairs that would be done and expected time frame. I was kept informed by text message on what was being worked on and of course when repairs were completed. I was able to pick my car up a week earlier than expected. Doug gave a detailed description of what was repaired calibrated etc. All sensors work correctly and visually everything is perfect my car looks brand new.
