What great services I received !!!
I had a great experience. They kept me up to date with texts every step of the way, handled the insurance claim on their side for me, so after my initial claim. I just had to drop off the car and pick it up after paying my deductible. Absolutely amazing to work with and such nice people there to talk to!
Doug and company at Caliber Collision resurrected my truck!! I was a more than satisfied with the service from beginning to end!! Friendly staff…knowledgeable crew…and great communication and service all around!! Considering I’m no car parts price expert…the price was nothing to think twice about based on the results!! Highly recommended!!
My family has used Caliber Collision in Duncan, SC twice in the last few months. Once for my husband's 2023 car that was brand new to us that someone backed into in a parking lot and then for my own 2017 car that I made a short turn on. Justin Ferguson was great to work with on both occasions. We were given fair pricing, great turnaround times, communication, and even a quick repair of something my husband found after his came back.
