This was the second time I had to have my car repaired through USAA and used Caliber Collision in Owings, again they did a great job and you can’t tell that I was ever in an accident. I would highly recommend Caliber and Owings.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Caliber Collision. They repeatedly lied about when work would begin on my car—I could clearly see my vehicle sitting untouched in the parking lot while they claimed it was in progress. When they finally returned my car, two parts were still broken, yet they had already billed my insurance company for the parts and labor.
