Horrible!! These people are very dishonest and this business should be closed! These people have had our car for over two months and just started on repairs because we complained. If we had not complained they still would have had are car. They have no staff and will take your car in hopes you won’t mind or complain. Are car was hit by a deer on 2/3/25 we dropped it off a few days later. They would not start on it until we signed paperwork even though it was towed their and pre-authorized by the insurance. What a horrendous experience. On my first call, Danny assured my repair would begin once the estimate was done. At intake/drop off, I sat in seat showing dashboard alarms and steering wheel as my primary concerns - minimal body damage. I checked in at 1 week - 'it's in the paint shop' .... 2 weeks, 'it's in the paint shop' ... 3 weeks later.... 'missing parts...' After almost 4 weeks, 'ready.'
