Not a great experience. Had rear end work done as a result of an accident. It took them forever. Kept blaming it on the calibration of the vehicle was waiting on the people that did it, yet the name of the business is caliber. When we finally got the vehicle back, we left assuming everything worked correctly. Our sienna’s rear lift door had a loud clank when it opened. Thank you caliber collision for saving the day once again. I thought I totaled my car but they were able to fix it and explained everything to me and gave me updates everyday
I stopped by to see if they could replace the factory decals on my jeep hood, they were great and scheduled a date. I arrived on service date, they stated working right away, before I knew it, all done, great job! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional, l was totally impressed with the job and the people that helped me, you don’t always see people dedicated to customer satisfaction as we have here; by the way this was not an insurance claim, just something I wanted done.
