Came in with some issues in my sedan and was promptly taken care of. Everyone was very pleasant and I’d definitely recommend this shop!
Our experience with Caliber was a complete disaster. The initial repair (which wasn't overly complicated) took an entire month. When we went to pick up the car, an entire section was missed (still unclear how as the blame game went around and around.) When we went to pick it up the second time, the rear light wasn't properly reinstalled so needed to reordered. This was after we caught it the first time and mentioned it. This was the second time I had to have my car repaired through USAA and used Caliber Collision in Owings, again they did a great job and you can’t tell that I was ever in an accident. I would highly recommend Caliber and Owings.
