I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Caliber Collision. They repeatedly lied about when work would begin on my car—I could clearly see my vehicle sitting untouched in the parking lot while they claimed it was in progress. When they finally returned my car, two parts were still broken, yet they had already billed my insurance company for the parts and labor. Horrible!! These people are very dishonest and this business should be closed! These people have had our car for over two months and just started on repairs because we complained. If we had not complained they still would have had are car. They have no staff and will take your car in hopes you won’t mind or complain. Are car was hit by a deer on 2/3/25 we dropped it off a few days later. They would not start on it until we signed paperwork even though it was towed their and pre-authorized by the insurance.
