After I little fender bender, on a Wednesday evening, I took my truck over to Caliber in Winona on A Friday for an estimate, they were able to take it in and have it back to me all within 2 weeks. The customer service is the best I've ever seen and Dawn was excellent to work with!! She pushed to keep the process rolling so I could get back into my truck, We had the same experience with my wife's vehicle after she hit a deer. Fast and Quality!!!! Thank you..
Great experience overall. They were able to get my car in quickly after I was rear-ended and finished the repairs faster than expected. I really liked the online quote system—I just uploaded a few photos and got a quote the next day. The text updates throughout the process were super helpful, and the team was professional and quick to respond. My car was also cleaned before pickup, which was a great finishing touch. Highly recommend.
Exceptional service! Not only were they fast on getting an estimate but also on repairing my vehicle. I was late for a meeting one day so they did everything fast to accommodate me. They helped me get my rental car, were professional, resourceful & even swapped vehicles at my job when my vehicle was done for me!
