We had lots of problems dealing with them recently. They used to give loaner cars for free but they dont anymore. They used to provide service fast and communication was clear. now they just argue. We are going elsewhere from now on.
About a month ago my wife and I bought a brand new Toyota. Unfortunately last weekend something in the garage fell on the vehicle and caused multiple scratches. I took the car in to another paint and body shop in town and they quoted me $4,100 to fix the scratches. They told me the only thing that would fix it was repainting the side of the vehicle.
