Since Caliber was an auto body shop in-network with my auto insurance, I decided to have my car repaired there in January. The WORST decision I have made in many years. They have lousy customer service and gave us ever-changing dates for completion numerous times through texts that were confusing and very unprofessional. Caliber has always been amazing with my vehicles. Especially the service advisor Dave leary, he provides constant updates throughout the process. Each time all issues with my vehicles are addressed correctly.

Caliber did an excellent job on my SUV. Communication was thorough and very friendly. My vehicle looks good as new!
