Caliber Collision is the only body shop I have taken my Jetta to. This is now my second time having them repair my car from wrecks that were not my fault. The first time they repaired my car they were through, professional, and the parts they repaired made the car look brand new. Jackie and Chelsea are amazing at what they do and beyond smart and professional. If you need collision center work- please give them a call and they will get you taken care of. 🚙🧡🛠️
We recently had a parking incident that caused minor damage to the housing around our front facing cameras. The camera’s themselves were ok. Our first stop was the dealership, where we were told the bumper, cameras, and several associated parts would need to be replaced, with an estimate approaching $2000. I will continue to come back here because they did a great job on my car BUT the true jewel was Chelsea! The last place I went to the front desk ladies were so rude. Chelsea was a breath of fresh air. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I did everything online though my insurance company, so when I showed up somethings did not show up yet. Excellent experience with Caliber Collision – Indianapolis North. The staff were friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The work was done carefully and my vehicle looked great when I got it back. They made what could have been a stressful experience very easy. Highly recommend!
