Not only did I have to bring my car back once, I had to bring it back 4 times for multiple issues. Was told my car was failing scans but then she denied that it failed, even though she word for word said it failed and I had to bring it back another day. Told me not to give a bad review because they don’t want “false information” out there which none of this is a lie. Had attitude towards my father who came with me on the 4th trip. The staff has been really helpful and compassionate during the whole process.
We had a great experience at Caliber Collision recently when we took my car in for repairs after an accident. Everyone we interacted with was so professional and pleasant. In addition, they stayed in constant communication with me during the time they had my car. Javier provided updates, and Jeanette and Angie were so helpful and nice to deal with. I would highly recommend them!
Jeanette was so unbelievably helpful and kind while I was dropping off my car. She went above and beyond to help me get a rental when I had no helpful info! She is amazing!!!!! Everyone here was so helpful and nice!
Friendly staff. Office smells good. Nice private and quiet location. Was able to check out my car as a walk in. 👍
