I brought in my Kia to have front bumper and hood work done. Every other collision center in town was giving me weeks of wait time before I could even bring my car to get it worked on. Caliber got me right in and reached out to my insurance the same day. Front desk attendant Kayla and manager Mike were so helpful throughout the entire process of getting my vehicle fixed! Everyone was patient and up front with any details I was having a hard time understanding as this was my first vehicle repair, which was very helpful! The team was communicative and took shorter than I was expecting for my repairs. Definitely recommend heading to this location. My car looks great!
I requested an estimate prior to any work being done on my vehicle. In order for me to gain any type of information I would have to call them. They worked on my truck prior to giving me the estimate and charged over 900 on labor fees without even changing any part on my car. They will take full advantage of you if you do not know anything about cars
Terrific body shop, I was impressed. The Service Advisor Angel was very professional, positive, and MOST of all listened and made my Ford look EXCELLENT! Angel seems to be perfect in his role. Kayla and Eric were very helpful. Angel did his best to solve any problem or question I had. I never met the shop manager.
