This company’s phone etiquette is a joke. Nobody answers calls or calls back, but your employees somehow have all the time in the world to hang out at Wawa instead of doing their jobs. Priorities, right? Pathetic service.
Caliber Collision did a great job repairing our car. Their communication was above and beyond. They worked flawlessly with our insurance company. I strongly recommend using them.

Can’t say any negative things about Caliber Collision in Coatesville PA they were awesome!! They kept me updated with step by step process of my vehicle never had to call and ask about it!! The office staff and manager Todd wampler, were really nice people to speak to. My vehicle was also spotless interior and out, I am very happy with the outcome of my vehicle thank you caliber!!
