Caliber Collision spent far too much time on repairs, and there was even a case where the wrong part was delivered, causing us to spend an additional three months renting a car—costing nearly $5,000—all of which we had to bear. Their estimated pickup date keeps getting postponed and can not confirm the actual delivery date, we’ve had to repeatedly visit the short-term rental company to renew our contracts, which has resulted in significant time and manpower costs. It was a very poor experience.
I had a really great experience at Caliber Collision getting my father in law's car repaired after a minor collision. Will was very professional and helpful as we had many questions about the insurance process. The paint work on the replaced bumper cover was excellent, no orange peal and a perfect color match. I will recommend them to friends.
The repair was completed within the mentioned time and Mr.Will was very helpful throughout the process.
