Everyone at this shop took my concerns seriously and matched my level of care. Communication was excellent, they used original parts (Tesla facility right down the street), the repair work was done masterfully, and it’s all backed by a warranty. Everything you’d hope for from a reputable shop. I especially want to acknowledge Josh the estimator and Josh the mechanic for their outstanding work.
