Horrible experience at Caliber Collision When I first dropped off my car, the front desk staff and estimator were extremely nice and helpful — but unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. I did have to wait over an hour just to drop off my car, but I was willing to overlook that at first. My major issue came later. We took our Tesla in to have the back end repaired after we were rear ended. Josh and his team did a great job in getting our car back to us a day early and it looked great! Caliber also helped us getting a rental car (they work with Enterprise). Enterprise picked me up at Caliber. A week later, Caliber had me leave the rental with them and that Enterprise would pick it up from Caliber. The ease of the rental car pick up and return was very much appreciated!
Body shops and the like have a bad reputation. Caliber Collision is different from their competition. The explanation of what I was to expect during the entire process was not only accurate, but easy to understand. They communicate very well, the quality of the work is perfect, and the prices are very competitive. Shout out to Eric, you did an amazing job!
