I took a car here for repair. They were excellent to communicate with, very friendly and helpful staff. They did all the work with my insurance company. Great experience!
I wrecked my car in an accident. The damage looked awful. It was so easy coming here I have them my car went through one door and was given a rental by enterprise. The fact that the rental place was there was very convenient. I was called several times and given updates on my vehicle. After I believe 10 days all the damage was fixed and my car looked brand new. They did awesome repair work and the total damage was almost 5,000 dollars worth and you can look, listen, and drive my car and its like the accident never happened. ... read more
The work done was fine. It just took FOREVER (weeks, close to a month!) to get it done and the repair was minor.
Our car's fender got badly scraped when we were out shopping for Christmas. Caliber Collision was on our insurance company's approved repair facility list, so we took it there. The car was completed well ahead of schedule (in spite of the holidays) and looks great. An additional bonus is that their work is guaranteed!!!

Good place to get your car fixed but expensive. I think they count on insurance payouts. Wish there was an honest more affordable option.
Had a minor fender bender with my '13 Camaro and these guys really came through. The damage was the driver side front fender and some bumper scrapes. When i picked up the car there were no chips in my bumper and it looked like new. Will always use these guys in the future!
