Caliber Collision in Tullahoma, Tennessee failed to meet my expectations. We had rented a vehicle from Enterprise while their team worked on my husband's car. On the day we were supposed to collect our vehicle, it wasn't ready. The staff advised us to retain the rental car, assuring us they would cover the expenses. Yet, months have passed, and I continue to receive weekly calls about an unpaid balance that they claimed they would settle.
