We just had the worst experience we have ever had with a Bodyshop. Never have we dealt with a General Manager that was so disrespectful and shouting at me. There was a $400 difference between what the insurance company approved and what they estimated. Mike, the gentleman that gave us the estimate was aware of what the insurance company approved and assured us they would work with the insurance company regarding the difference and would not hold our car.
